  1. PACKAGE YOUR RETURN - Returns  must include these three elements; (1) the product; (2) the original product packaging;  and (3) a copy of the receipt.

We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your shipment, email that to us with a email subject line "Return tracking # for invoice #" (including your invoice number. Within the body of the email include the tacking number of your package.

  1. REFUND ISSUED - Refunds are issued to the debit/credit card used at the time of purchase. Once returned products are received at our warehouse it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in the debit/credit card account.
