ORDER CANCELLATION  POLICY & PROCEDURE

 

"POLICY"

We abide by Fair Trading Commission (FTC) rules, providing customers 3-days from the time their order is completed to cancel their order. The 'clock' on our obligation begins as soon as we receive the 'completed' order; containing your contact information, product selection, payment made, order submitted. ONLY cancellations within terms of the 3-days allowed will be honored,  issuing a full refund for the purchase amount received, plus any shipping and handling fees charged with the purchase.

"PROCEDURE"

  1. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 3-DAYS OF TIME OF COMPLETED ORDER  -  To initiate your cancellation, contact our customer service team via email at info@ffsnaturalpainrelief.com in the email subject line write "Cancellation Requested for Invoice #" (and include your invoice #).

  1. REFUND ISSUED - Refunds are issued to the debit/credit card used at the time of purchase. Once returned products are received at our warehouse it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in the debit/credit card account.
