RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
Returns are only permissible within 30 days of the time of purchase. Once the product is received, and restocked in the warehouse, you will be notified, refunds are issued within 7-days of receipt of the product.
REPORT YOUR INTENT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT - You MUST start the return process within 30-days of receiving the product in order to qualify for a refund. To initiate your return, contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in the email subject line write "Refund Requested for Invoice #" (and include your invoice #). Ø-For quality assurance purposed, we would appreciate any explanation provided regarding the return, however, an explanation is not required for the refund.×
PACKAGE YOUR RETURN - Returns must include these three elements; (1) the product; (2) the original product packaging; and (3) a copy of the receipt.
RETURN THE PRODUCT - Mail your return to the address below. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your shipment, email that to us with a email subject line "Return tracking # for invoice #" (including your invoice number. Within the body of the email include the tacking number of your package.
CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING - You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to returns &/or guarantees. Food For The Skin, LLC. can NOT be held liable for fee's related to shipping and handling of products being returned, and no refund for shipping and handling fee's/cost will be returned to customers.

REFUND ISSUED - Refunds are issued to the debit/credit card used at the time of purchase. Once returned products are received at our warehouse it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in the debit/credit card account.
